[Knightsqrss] 30M MEPT power update for KI4MTI

I updated the unit today while it was raining, adding a massive power amp so
we went from the current 10uW to now a more powerful 10mW output.   ;-)   So
everyone should see it clearly now.<grin>

Same freq.  10.140.050MHz +/- 10hz

Sending mixed ID'er : Callsign in CW and CWsine
I'll post photos of unit after someone captures the output... So, most
likely this weekend or so I hope.
