Hi Jerry,
to have an idea of the traffic you can check the on-line grabbers at my "Grabber Compendium" and also the clipboard at http://www.on5ex.be. 
Once you have your MEPT up and running, just tell us here and on the clipboard and than look at the grabbers!

I'm not seeing much activity, lots of PSK but thats it. I've been
listening or watching a couple of hours every evening and don't see
anything.  When are there QRSS stations on 10.140??  I was going to
build a beacon but I don't think anyone will be around to listen for
me.

I use Argo, do I need to set it for 3dot or CW(NDB)???  What should I
set the AGC on Lo, Hi, or just AGC.  Perhaps I'm not doing something
right?

Anyway where is all the activity? and when?
