[Knightsqrss] 30 Mtrs Observations at 0900UTC

Hi ........

Vertually nothing seen on 30Mtrs during the hour 
from 0900UTC onwards.

The only extremely weak trace I could associate with MEPT
was a signal on or about 10140.015 but as nothing is reported
as active around this spot on either the reflector nor the 
clipboard - it remains unidentified. It resembled a FSK
signal.

Poor local conditions prevails thats for sure!
