[Knightsqrss] 28322 REPORT

Thanks Johan for the report 

 Olso in the Malta Channel I1DFS  was visible in the late afternoon.
 I hope to see it again , the estimated frequency was 28321980 HZ.
 Here I had a good selection of noise , mainly the 8 th harmonic
 of Ship 60HZ generator + unidentified lines every 20 HZ.
